باستخدامك منصة Mat3m (mat3m.com و menus.mat3m.com) — سواء كصاحب محل بتنشئ منيو رقمي، أو كعميل بتطلب من منيو محل على المنصة — أنت موافق على الشروط والأحكام دي. لو عندك اعتراض على أي بند، ممكن توقف استخدام المنصة في أي وقت.
الخدمة
Mat3m منصة تقنية بتساعد المطاعم والكافيهات والمحلات تنشئ منيو رقمي، تستقبل الطلبات، وتتابع التحليلات — بما في ذلك ميزة استخراج المنيو تلقائيًا من صور القائمة الورقية بالذكاء الاصطناعي. Mat3m مش طرف في عملية البيع بين صاحب المحل والعميل — دورنا توفير الأداة، مش تجهيز أو توصيل الطلبات.
الحساب
- لازم تكون البيانات اللي بتسجّل بيها (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الموبايل) صحيحة ومحدّثة.
- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك، وعن أي نشاط بيحصل من خلاله.
- حساب واحد لكل محل — الحسابات مش قابلة للتحويل لشخص أو محل تاني.
- لينا الحق نوقف أو نلغي أي حساب بيخالف الشروط دي، أو بيستخدم المنصة بشكل غير قانوني أو ضار بمستخدمين تانيين.
الاشتراكات والدفع
- فيه خطة مجانية وخطة Pro باشتراك شهري ثابت (زي المعروض على صفحة الأسعار)، وإضافات اختيارية زي خدمة واتساب. الأسعار المعروضة وقت الاشتراك هي السارية.
- Mat3m بتاخد اشتراك ثابت شهري — مفيش عمولة على قيمة الطلبات مهما كان حجمها، إلا لو اتذكر خلاف كده صراحةً وقت الاشتراك.
- الاشتراك بيتجدد تلقائيًا كل شهر لحد ما تلغيه من إعدادات حسابك أو بمراسلتنا.
- لو مش عايز تكمل في خطة مدفوعة، تقدر تلغي في أي وقت؛ الإلغاء بيوقف التجديد القادم ومبيرجعش قيمة المدة اللي اتصرفت بالفعل إلا لو اتفقنا على خلاف كده.

محتوى المنيو ومسؤولية صاحب المحل
- محتوى المنيو (الأسماء، الأوصاف، الأسعار، الصور) ملك لصاحب المحل. باستخدامك ميزة الاستخراج بالذكاء الاصطناعي، أنت بتوافق إن النتيجة مقترحة تلقائيًا ولازم تراجعها وتعدّلها قبل النشر — Mat3m مش مسؤولة عن دقة الاستخراج التلقائي بدون مراجعتك.
- صاحب المحل مسؤول بالكامل عن دقة الأسعار والتوافر، جودة وسلامة الأكل، الالتزام بالتراخيص واللوائح المحلية، وتنفيذ الطلبات وتوصيلها في المواعيد المعروضة.
- Mat3m بتوفر الأداة لعرض المنيو واستقبال الطلبات فقط، ومش طرف في أي نزاع بين صاحب المحل والعميل حول طلب معيّن.
الاستخدام المقبول
ممنوع تستخدم المنصة في:
- نشر محتوى مخالف للقانون، أو منتجات ممنوع بيعها.
- انتحال شخصية محل تاني أو نشر معلومات مضلّلة عن النشاط.
- محاولة اختراق المنصة، أو الوصول لحسابات أو بيانات مستخدمين تانيين بدون إذن.
- إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو غير مرغوب فيها لعملاء المنصة.
خدمات الطرف التالت
المنصة بتستخدم خدمات خارجية (واتساب، تسجيل الدخول بجوجل، الاستضافة) موضّحة بالتفصيل في سياسة الخصوصية. استخدامك لأي خدمة منها خاضع لشروط مزوّدها كمان.
الملكية الفكرية
اسم Mat3m وشعارها والتصميم والكود الخاص بالمنصة ملك لـ Mat3m. مفيش حق ليك في نسخ أو إعادة استخدام أي جزء من المنصة نفسها خارج نطاق استخدامك العادي كصاحب محل أو عميل.
إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية
المنصة متاحة "زي ما هي"، وبنبذل جهد معقول عشان تكون شغالة ومتاحة، لكن من غير أي ضمان صريح أو ضمني بعدم انقطاع الخدمة أو خلوها من الأخطاء. في أقصى حد يسمح بيه القانون، Mat3m مش مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية ناتجة عن استخدام المنصة، ومسؤوليتها الإجمالية محدودة بقيمة الاشتراك المدفوع خلال آخر 3 شهور.
إنهاء الاستخدام
تقدر توقف استخدام المنصة وتحذف حسابك في أي وقت. لينا الحق نوقف أو نحذف أي حساب بيخالف الشروط دي بعد إخطارك، إلا في حالات المخالفة الجسيمة اللي بتستدعي إيقاف فوري.
التعديلات على الشروط
ممكن نحدّث الشروط دي من وقت للتاني. أي تعديل جوهري هننشره على الصفحة دي مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها؛ استمرارك في استخدام المنصة بعد التحديث معناه موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.
القانون الحاكم
الشروط دي خاضعة لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

By using the Mat3m platform (mat3m.com and menus.mat3m.com) — whether as a store owner building a digital menu, or as a diner ordering from a store's menu — you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may stop using the platform at any time.
The service
Mat3m is a technology platform that helps restaurants, cafés, and stores build a digital menu, receive orders, and view analytics, including AI-assisted menu extraction from photos of paper menus. Mat3m is not a party to the sale between a store and a diner — we provide the tool, not the food or delivery.
Accounts
- The information you register with (name, email, phone) must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.
- One account per business; accounts are not transferable to another person or business.
- We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or uses the platform unlawfully or in a way that harms other users.
Subscriptions and billing
- A free plan and a paid Pro plan (fixed monthly subscription, as shown on our pricing page) are available, along with optional add-ons such as WhatsApp. Prices in effect at the time you subscribe apply.
- Mat3m charges a fixed monthly subscription — no commission on order value, regardless of order size, unless explicitly stated otherwise at signup.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled from your account settings or by emailing us.
- You may cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the already-elapsed period unless otherwise agreed.

Menu content and store owner responsibility
- Menu content (names, descriptions, prices, images) belongs to the store owner. By using AI-assisted extraction, you acknowledge the result is a suggested draft you must review and edit before publishing — Mat3m is not responsible for extraction accuracy without your review.
- The store owner is solely responsible for price and availability accuracy, food quality and safety, compliance with local licensing and regulations, and fulfilling and delivering orders as displayed.
- Mat3m provides the tool to display menus and receive orders only, and is not a party to any dispute between a store and a diner over a specific order.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to:
- Publish unlawful content or products prohibited from sale.
- Impersonate another business or publish misleading information about it.
- Attempt to breach the platform or access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
- Send spam or unsolicited messages to platform users.
Third-party services
The platform uses third-party services (WhatsApp, Google Sign-In, hosting) detailed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of any of them is also subject to that provider's own terms.
Intellectual property
The Mat3m name, logo, design, and platform code belong to Mat3m. You have no right to copy or reuse any part of the platform itself beyond your normal use as a store owner or diner.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep it running and available, but without any express or implied warranty of uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mat3m is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, and our total liability is capped at the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
Termination
You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that violates these Terms after notice, except in cases of serious violations requiring immediate action.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date; continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
