منصة Mat3m (mat3m.com و menus.mat3m.com) هي منصة منيو إلكتروني للمطاعم والكافيهات والمحلات، بتتيح لأصحاب المحلات إنشاء منيو رقمي واستقبال الطلبات ومتابعة التحليلات. خصوصيتك تهمنا، وفي الصفحة دي بنوضح البيانات اللي بنجمعها، ليه بنجمعها، وإزاي بنحميها.
البيانات اللي بنجمعها
- بيانات حساب صاحب المحل: الاسم، رقم الموبايل، البريد الإلكتروني، وبيانات تسجيل الدخول لما تنشئ حساب على المنصة.
- بيانات المحل والمنيو: اسم المحل، العنوان، أرقام التواصل، الأصناف والأسعار، والصور اللي بترفعها على المنيو.
- بيانات طلبات العملاء: لما عميل يطلب من منيو محل على المنصة، بنجمع رقم موبايله، تفاصيل الطلب، وعنوان التوصيل لو الطلب دليفري.
- بيانات الاستخدام والتحليلات: عدد مرات فتح المنيو، الأصناف الأكثر مشاهدة، نوع الجهاز والمتصفح — بشكل مجمّع لمساعدة صاحب المحل يفهم أداء المنيو.
- الكوكيز والتخزين المحلي: بنستخدم الكوكيز والتخزين المحلي في المتصفح لتشغيل الجلسات، حفظ سلة الطلبات، وتفضيلات اللغة والمظهر.
إزاي بنستخدم البيانات
- تشغيل الخدمة: عرض المنيو، استقبال الطلبات، وإرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب.
- إرسال إشعارات الطلبات لصاحب المحل (ومنها إشعارات واتساب لو مفعّلة).
- الدعم الفني والرد على الاستفسارات.
- تحسين المنصة وتطوير مميزات جديدة بناءً على الاستخدام الفعلي.
مش بنبيع بياناتك ولا بيانات عملائك لأي طرف تالت، ولا بنستخدمها في إعلانات خارج المنصة.
بيانات عملاء المطاعم
لما بتطلب من منيو مطعم على منصة Mat3m، فبيانات طلبك (رقم موبايلك وتفاصيل الطلب وعنوان التوصيل) بتوصل للمطعم نفسه عشان ينفّذ طلبك. المطعم هو المسؤول عن بيانات عملائه، وMat3m بتعالج البيانات دي نيابةً عنه لتشغيل الخدمة فقط. لو عندك استفسار عن بياناتك لدى مطعم معيّن، تقدر تتواصل مع المطعم مباشرةً أو معانا وهنساعدك.
الخدمات الخارجية
بنستخدم خدمات خارجية محدودة لتشغيل المنصة:
- واتساب: لإرسال إشعارات الطلبات للمحلات المفعّلة خدمة واتساب — بيتم إرسال محتوى الإشعار ورقم المستلم فقط.
- تسجيل الدخول بجوجل: لو اخترت تسجّل دخولك بحساب جوجل، بنستلم اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني من جوجل لإنشاء حسابك.
- إشعارات المتصفح (Web Push): لو فعّلتها، بنستخدم خدمة الإشعارات الخاصة بمتصفحك لإرسال تنبيهات الطلبات.
- الاستضافة: بيانات المنصة متخزنة على خوادم مؤمّنة لدى مزوّدي استضافة موثوقين.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها
بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما حسابك نشط. تقدر في أي وقت تطلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناته بمراسلتنا على info@mat3m.com، وهنحذف البيانات خلال 30 يوم كحد أقصى، ما عدا اللي القانون بيلزمنا نحتفظ بيه.
أمان البيانات
بنطبّق إجراءات أمنية معقولة لحماية البيانات: التشفير أثناء النقل (HTTPS)، تشفير كلمات المرور، وصلاحيات وصول محدودة. ومع ذلك، مفيش وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكتروني آمنة 100%، فبننصح دايمًا باستخدام كلمة مرور قوية وعدم مشاركتها.
حقوقك
- الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية اللي عندنا.
- تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة.
- طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك.
- إيقاف الإشعارات في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك أو متصفحك.
التعديلات على السياسة
ممكن نحدّث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت للتاني. أي تعديل جوهري هننشره على الصفحة دي مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاها.

Mat3m (mat3m.com and menus.mat3m.com) is a digital menu platform for restaurants, cafés, and stores. It lets business owners create digital menus, receive orders, and view analytics. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Data we collect
- Business owner accounts: name, phone number, email address, and login credentials when you create an account.
- Store and menu content: store name, address, contact numbers, menu items, prices, and images you upload.
- Customer order data:when a diner places an order through a store's menu, we collect their phone number, order details, and delivery address (for delivery orders).
- Usage analytics: menu views, most-viewed items, device and browser type — aggregated to help store owners understand menu performance.
- Cookies and local storage: used for sessions, cart contents, and language/theme preferences.
How we use data
We use data to operate the service (displaying menus, processing orders, sending order-status notifications), to notify store owners of new orders (including WhatsApp notifications where enabled), to provide support, and to improve the platform. We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Restaurant customer data
When you order from a restaurant's menu on Mat3m, your order data is shared with that restaurant so it can fulfill your order. The restaurant is the controller of its customers' data; Mat3m processes it on the restaurant's behalf solely to operate the service.
Third-party services
We use a limited set of third-party services: WhatsApp (order notifications for stores that enable it), Google Sign-In (if you choose it, we receive your name and email from Google), browser push notification services (if you enable them), and secure hosting providers.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@mat3m.com. We will delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain it.
Security
We apply reasonable security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), password hashing, and restricted access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we recommend using a strong, unique password.
Your rights
You may access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, and disable notifications at any time from your account or browser settings.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
